No Vapour Coming from the Device
Check that the pod is pushed fully into place and the battery is charged. Remove the pod, fit it again, and try using the device.
Flavour Feels Too Weak
After filling the pod, leave it unused for several minutes. This gives the coil enough time to absorb the e-liquid properly.
Pod Feels Loose
Take the pod out and place it back carefully. It should sit firmly inside the device without moving or lifting.
Device Is Not Charging
Inspect the USB-C cable and charging port for dirt or damage. Use a different compatible cable or power source if needed.
E-Liquid Is Leaking
Do not fill the pod above the recommended level. Close the filling seal properly and keep the device standing upright when not in use.
Burnt or Dry Taste
Stop vaping and check whether there is enough e-liquid in the pod. Allow the coil to soak, or replace the pod if the taste continues.
Draw Feels Tight
Look for dust, e-liquid, or condensation around the mouthpiece and airflow area. Clean these parts gently with a dry tissue.
Indicator Light Keeps Flashing
A flashing light may mean the battery is low or the pod connection is poor. Charge the device and refit the pod securely.
Flavour Has Changed
The e-liquid may be running low, or the pod may have reached the end of its usable life. Refill or replace the pod.
Auto-Draw Function Is Not Responding
Remove the pod and wipe the connection points and airflow sensor area. Reinsert the pod firmly before trying again.
Device Remains Unresponsive
If cleaning, charging, and reconnecting the pod do not solve the problem, stop using the kit and speak with the retailer for support.
