Troubleshooting Guide
Device Is Not Charging
Check that the USB Type-C cable is fitted correctly. Try another suitable cable or power source. Clean the charging port gently and keep it dry. Stop using the device if the port or battery looks damaged.
No Vapour Is Coming Out
Make sure the battery has power and the pod is fitted firmly. Remove all pod seals. For a prefilled pod, check that its e-liquid chamber was activated. Refill or replace an empty pod.
Prefilled Pod Is Not Working
Remove the pod and check for stickers or seals. Activate the base as shown in the instructions. Reinsert the pod and wait five minutes. Try charging the device if it still produces no vapour.
Refillable Pod Tastes Burnt
Stop vaping when you notice a burnt taste. Check the e-liquid level and allow the pod to sit after filling. If the burnt taste stays, replace the pod because its integrated coil may be damaged.
Pod Is Leaking
Remove the pod and wipe the connection area with dry tissue. Do not overfill the refillable cartridge. Close the silicone port fully and keep the device upright when possible. Replace cracked or damaged pods.
Flavour Feels Weak
Check the battery level and make sure the pod contains enough e-liquid. Weak flavour may mean the integrated coil is old. Replace the pod if normal flavour does not return.
Device Makes a Gurgling Sound
Too much e-liquid may have entered the airflow tube. Remove the pod and wipe its base. Clean the mouthpiece gently. Do not shake the device or blow hard through the pod.
Pod Does Not Fit
Make sure you are using a genuine replacement pod made for the Hayati Liora device. Check that no packaging, dirt or damage is blocking the pod connection. Never force the pod into place.
Indicator Light Is Not Working
Charge the device and reinstall the pod. Clean the connection points with dry tissue. Read the user manual for the exact Hayati Liora indicator light meaning. Contact the retailer if the problem continues.
Device Becomes Hot
Stop using and charging the device. Place it on a safe, dry surface away from heat and sunlight. Do not use it again until it has cooled. Replace damaged devices instead of trying to repair them.
