Aspire PockeX Troubleshooting Guide
Device Will Not Turn On
Press the firing button five times quickly. If nothing happens, charge the device using the correct cable. Clean the charging connection and stop using it if the port looks damaged.
Device Produces No Vapour
Check that the device is switched on and charged. Remove the top cap and make sure the coil is fitted firmly. Replace the coil if it looks damaged or heavily used.
Burnt or Dry Taste
Stop vaping when you notice a burnt taste. Check the e-liquid level and refill if needed. A dry or damaged coil should be replaced, properly primed, and left to soak.
Aspire PockeX Is Leaking
Do not fill above the maximum line. Check the glass, seals, top cap, and coil connection. Clean away excess liquid and make sure every part is fitted straight and firmly.
Gurgling or Spitting
The coil may contain too much liquid. Remove the top cap, wipe away excess e-liquid, and clean the mouthpiece. Take slower puffs instead of pulling very hard on the device.
Weak Flavour or Vapour
Charge the battery and check the e-liquid level. If performance stays weak, replace the coil. Sweet or thick e-liquid may also shorten the working life of a coil.
Button Light Is Flashing
A flashing light may show low power, a short circuit, or automatic protection. Turn the device off, charge it, check the coil, and read the supplied manual before continuing.
Device Feels Too Hot
Stop using the device and allow it to cool. Avoid very long or repeated puffs. Do not charge or use it again if the battery body remains unusually hot.
Device Is Not Charging
Try the supplied cable and a suitable low-power USB source. Clean the port gently. Stop charging if the cable, connection, or device becomes damaged, wet, or unusually hot.
Coil Is Difficult to Remove
Turn the device off and empty enough liquid to work safely. Use a dry cloth for grip, then turn the coil gently without forcing or damaging the top cap.
The manufacturer lists automatic cutoff, low-voltage, short-circuit, and overcharge protections, but damaged devices should still be removed from use and checked professionally.
